My name is Hector Cournoyer. I’m a professional Real Estate Broker proudly associated with Realty Properties,Inc. I’ve been very successful in Selling, Listing and Investing in Real Estate Since 1969. In the early 1960’s I invented, and obtained U.S. Patents on my invention known as the “HAIR-LIFT” Comb, and the “Afro-Comb”. I was very successful in the manufacturing, marketing, public relations, advertising, sales, TV and Magazine product promotion, negotiations, etc. I also manufactured other types of beauty products, and purchased a mail-order Vitamin Company business known as Vita-Life Vitamins. I’m also a Private Pilot, which I no longer fly.
I proudly served, as a Medic, in the Army National Guard, with an Honorable discharge. I sold my manufacturing company, Cournoyer Industries, Inc.
I obtained my Real Estate license in 1969, and sold acreage sites in Southwest Dade County, and in Ocala Florida, which I would fly the customers to Ocala for property preview. About 1978 I moved to the beautiful state of Colorado and obtained my Colorado Real Estate Broker’s license and sold a ton of Real Estate, which I opened my own Real Estate office and specialized in Government foreclosure properties. I moved back to the beautiful state of Florida about 1990.
